Fundamenta Real Estate: Capital increase in sight
Fundamenta Real Estate intends to expand its portfolio through portfolio developments and is considering a capital increase in this context.
According to Fundamenta Real Estate AG, the real estate portfolio is expected to grow to a volume "of well over one billion CHF" in the future through repositionings and developments. At the end of the first half of 2020, the real estate company held a portfolio with a balance sheet value of 928.69 million.
Developments are underway in Zofingen and St. Gallen, with completions planned for the second and third quarters of 2021, respectively, Fundamenta said. Also in the pipeline for the current year, according to the company, are the repositioning of the properties on Sihlfeldstrasse and Badenerstrasse in Zurich and the property on Sulgeneckstrasse in Bern. These projects are expected to "further strengthen the operating profitability". In addition, there is an attractive pipeline to expand the existing portfolio, the statement continues.
