Privera creates new marketing division
The real estate service provider Privera is making organizational changes in the new year. There is a new marketing division, and the former center management is being renamed.
In the new Marketing Switzerland division, Privera combines the two departments Rental Management and Trade; the new organizational unit is headed by Marcel Frick, previously Head of Rental Management Switzerland. However, both Rental Management and Trading will continue to operate as independent service lines, Privera informs.
In January, the Center Management division was renamed Retail & Site Management. According to the real estate service provider, this is intended to reflect the various services offered by the division, which go beyond the management of shopping centers and include retail marketing, coordination of tenant associations and the management of complex sites.
