New member of the management team at Zug Estates
Alain Baumgartner is the new Head of Portfolio Management and a member of the Executive Board at the real estate company Zug Estates AG.
Alain Baumgartner, MRICS, will begin work in the newly created position at Zug Estates on May 1, 2021, the company says.
The 40-year-old has been Head Real Estate Portfolio Management and a member of the Extended Executive Board at Avobis Group in Zurich since October 2019. Prior to this, he worked for over ten years as a portfolio manager at Swiss Life Asset Management, most recently as Head Portfolio Commercial/Centers and Deputy Head Portfolio Management. (bw)
