Procimmo 2 aspires to the stock exchange
The Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II is scheduled to be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange at the end of March 2021. A capital increase is planned prior to the listing.
The asset manager Procimmo SA intends to make the Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II, which was founded in 2014 and was previously only open to qualified investors, accessible to a broader group of investors with the listing.
Prior to the listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange planned for March 24, 2021, a capital increase with a volume of up to CHF 60 million is planned. The subscription period runs from February 22 to March 9, and the payment is scheduled for March 16, 2021.
According to its own statements, Procimmo intends to use the funds from the capital increase mainly to stabilize the fund, for example to reduce the leverage ratio and to advance existing construction projects. However, the fund is also looking at additional investments in commercial properties outside city centers, but in economically active regions. (ah)
