Graffenried Fund completes first capital increase
The real estate fund GR Immobilien Schweiz of Von Graffenried Immobilien SICAV raised CHF 33 million in its first capital increase.
According to private bank Von Graffenried, nearly 309,000 new shares were issued at an issue price of CHF 106.34 per share for the real estate fund GR Immobilien Schweiz, which was launched in March 2020.
According to Von Graffenried, the funds from the capital increase will be used to finance the fund's further growth, including planned acquisitions. An existing property with 96 apartments in Wabern is also to be renovated. In addition, the company intends to repay its borrowed capital on a temporary basis.
The investment focus of GR Immobilien Schweiz is on the Espace Mitteland. Since its launch, the fund managed by Von Graffenried has acquired five residential developments with a total of 233 apartments in exclusively urban locations. (ah)
