SF Urban notarizes projects in Zurich and Riehen
SF Urban Properties has marketed and notarized all units of the promotion projects "Kluspark" in Zurich and "Sandreutergarten" in Riehen (BS) by the end of January.
According to SF Urban Properties AG, all 13 condominium units of the "Kluspark" promotion project in Zurich's Kreis 7 district and all ten units of the "Sandreutergarten" single-family home development in Riehen have been notarized as of the end of January 2021.
The two projects are proprietary developments of SF Urban Properties. The start of construction has been triggered and completion is expected in mid-2022. The real estate company expects a positive profit contribution for the years 2021 and 2022. (ah)
