Cronos Immo Fund plans capital increase
The Cronos Immo Fund intends to issue new fund units from mid-March. The issue proceeds are to be used for acquisitions, among other things.
Cronos Finance SA, the fund management company of the Cronos Immo Fund, a residential real estate fund based in Western Switzerland, has announced a "best effort" issue of up to 290,295 new units.
The subscription period will run from March 15 to 25, 2021, with payment scheduled for March 31. Cronos Finance intends to announce the issue price with the publication of the issue prospectus.
The proceeds from the issue will be used to finance the buildings in the portfolio, to acquire new properties for which negotiations are underway or about to be concluded, and to repay mortgage debt, Cronos Finance added. (ah)
