Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV with new management
Stéphane Picci is taking over the management of Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV. According to Banque Bonhôte & Cie, the real estate specialist will be responsible in particular for the fund's acquisition strategy and sustainable development.

Stéphane Picci (55) joins Banque Bonhôte & Cie SA in Neuchâtel as head of Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV. Picci, who holds a federal certificate as a real estate manager and broker, has been working in the real estate industry since 1992. Since then, he has worked for several well-known real estate management companies, as manager and/or owner.
In 2014, he co-founded a real estate consulting and valuation company. At the same time, he continued to work as an independent real estate appraiser for the Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV fund, for which he has also valued part of the portfolio since 2006.
According to Banque Bonhôte & Cie, Stéphane Picci is now in charge of the four-member Bonhôte-Immobilier management team. He will be responsible in particular for the acquisition strategy of the fund, which passed the CHF 1 billion mark last year, and for its sustainable development. (bw)
