Steiner Invest: Issue for Swiss Development Residential investment group
Steiner Investment Foundation (Steiner Invest) is conducting what is now the 15th issue for the Swiss Development Residential investment group. The volume is expected to be up to CHF 120 million.
The subscription period for the 15th issue of the Swiss Development Residential (SDR) investment group started on February 12, 2021 and runs until March 5. The issue volume is expected to be between CHF 60 million and a maximum of CHF 120 million; payment will be made by March 19.
The net asset value (NAV) in the fourth quarter of 2020 was CHF 129.61 (indicative), while assets under management amounted to 656.8 million (indicative) in the same period. In the third quarter of 2020, NAV was still reported at CHF 123.52 and assets under management at CHF 580.5 million.
According to the Steiner Investment Foundation, the portfolio value more than doubled in the last fiscal year and the annualized return was around 7%. Currently, there are 40 projects in the portfolio, and there are plans to expand the portfolio in 2021. (ah)
