PwC Switzerland appoints new Head Real Estate Advisory

Sebastian Zollinger is currently Head of Real Estate Valuation at EY. Prior to that, he worked in the Real Estate Valuation division at UBS and as a valuer and consultant at Wüest Partner. Zollinger studied business administration at the University of Zurich and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Zollinger will assume his new role as Head Real Estate Advisory in the Deals practice, reporting to Marc Schmidli, on 1 June 2021. His predecessor Marie Seiler will leave PwC on 31 May 2021. At Swiss Life AM, she will assume the position of Head Real Estate Portfolio Management of the investment business for third-party clients in Switzerland. (ah)
