Hiag: Changes in the Board of Directors and Executive Board

Laurent Spindler has worked for Hiag Immobilien Holding AG for ten years, from 2011 to 2013 he was Group Controller, since 2013 he has been Head of Finance. He accompanied the company's IPO and helped it to establish itself as a listed real estate company in the Swiss market. He will leave the company by the end of October 2021 at the latest, after a successor has been trained, Hiag says. Until then, he is to remain a member of the Executive Board.

The company further announces that the Board of Directors intends to propose two new members, Susanne Zenker and Dr. Christian Wiesendanger, for election to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2021. Dr. Walter Jakob, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Lead Director, is no longer available for re-election after reaching the age limit.

Susanne Zenker (born 1970) is an architect (EPFL) and is responsible for development on the management board of SBB Immobilien. Previously, she worked for Steiner AG, among others.

Dr. Christian Wiesendanger (born 1964) has led the Swiss business and the global financial products business for many years as a member of the divisional management of UBS Wealth Management. Prior to that, he held management positions at Credit Suisse. (ah)
