Immofonds: Lukas Camenzind leaves the Board of Directors
Lukas Camenzind has resigned from the Board of Directors of Immofonds Asset Management AG, the fund management company of Immofonds. He had only been elected to the board last November.
Lukas Camenzind was elected to the Board of Directors (BoD) of Immofonds Asset Management AG at the Annual General Meeting on November 26, 2020. He succeeded Nicole A. Reinhard Stahel, who did not stand for re-election after seven years on the BoD.
Now Camenzind has resigned again as of March 3, Immofonds announces, without giving further details. (ah)
