Avobis Group acquires Verit Real Estate
The Avobis Group becomes the owner of Verit Immobilien AG, which focuses on real estate management, and takes over its locations and employees.

The existing services of Avobis Group AG - brokerage and outsourcing of mortgages, advice on the purchase and sale of residential and investment properties as well as portfolio management, operation of a real estate search platform and real estate-related geodatabase as well as mortgage processing software - would be complemented by those of Verit Immobilien AG. These include property management as well as developer consulting/trusteeship and initial/renewed leasing. In addition, Avobis benefits from Verit Immobilien's extensive network of locations in German- and French-speaking Switzerland.
Avobis also announces that the operational management of Verit Immobilien will be taken over by Michel Hafner, who will continue to be a member of the executive board of Verit Immobilien AG, head of the property management division and now also head of the real estate accounting division. Hafner will report to the two co-CEOs of Avobis Group AG, Sandro Sulcis and Patrick Schmid. Richard Hunziker, CEO a.i. of Verit Immobilien AG since February 2020, will relinquish this role in order to devote more time to his board of directors mandates. During a transitional period, he will remain associated with Verit Immobilien AG as integration manager and member of the Board of Directors. (bw)
