PSCF 2: Oversubscribed capital increase
Procimmo has raised around CHF 64 million on the capital market for Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II (PSCF 2). The issue was significantly oversubscribed, the asset manager said.
The additional funds are to be used to stabilize the fund, among other things by reducing the leverage ratio. In the coming months, however, the company also intends to press ahead with existing construction projects and facilitate additional real estate acquisitions.
The funds raised via the capital increase of approximately CHF 64 million correspond to 520,904 new shares in the Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II (PSCF 2). The subscription period ran from February 22 to March 9, 2021, and the fund units were paid on March 16, 2021. A total of approximately 3.65 million units are now outstanding with qualified investors. As of March 24, 2021, PSCF 2 is expected to be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and thus accessible to all investors.
