Hiag: Susanne Zenker withdraws commitment to VR
As a result of SBB's recently tightened compliance guidelines, Susanne Zenker has to decline her election to the Hiag Board of Directors.
Susanne Zenker, Head of Development and member of the Management Board of SBB Immobilien, may no longer be available for election to the Board of Directors of Hiag Immobilien Holding AG in the short term due to SBB's compliance guidelines regarding secondary employment of its employees, which were tightened a few days ago, the real estate company has announced.
According to Hiag, it is regrettable that the proven real estate expert has to refrain from standing as a candidate for the Board of Directors, but the intention is to strengthen the Board of Directors as soon as possible with an additional real estate specialist.
As already communicated, the election of the financial expert Dr. Christian Wiesendanger to the Board of Directors will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2021. He succeeds the retiring Dr. Walter Jakob. (bw)
