Admicasa Holding AG expects an operating result (EBIT) of around CHF 2.6 million (previous year: 0.3 million) and a net result of around CHF 2.0 million (previous year: -0.2 million) at Group level for the financial year 2020. With an EBIT of 2.9 million (first half-year -0.4 million) and a net result of 2.4 million (first half-year -0.4 million), the second half of the year had been significantly stronger.

According to initial preliminary figures, operating income in the 2020 reporting year amounted to 13.5 million (previous year: 7.1 million). Operating expenses increased from 6.8 million to 11.0 million, which, according to the company, is a direct result of the operational integration of von Gunten Baumanagement AG. In this context, the cost of materials and third-party services of subcontractors (5.4 million after 0.6 million in the previous year) in connection with total/general contractor projects had appeared in the overall result for the first time. Despite additional costs in connection with the integration of the new subsidiary, personnel expenses were stable (3.9 million).

According to Admicasa, the newly formed Construction segment in particular generated "convincing earnings right from the start". The higher net revenues from deliveries and services had a positive effect here: they increased from 6.9 million to 12.2 million. The main reason for the increase in sales was the consolidation of the construction projects (von Gunten Baumanagement AG) according to POC (Percentage of Completion), which appeared in the annual financial statements for the first time and made a contribution to earnings of 6.3 million.

The company plans to publish its full 2020 annual report and further details on its annual results on April 9, 2021. (ah)
