SF Sustainable Property Fund raises 67 million
The SF Sustainable Property Fund has successfully completed its capital increase: The fund received new money in the amount of the maximum amount.
According to Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG, the entitlements have been exercised in full, so that the SF Sustainable Property Fund has raised a total of CHF 67.0 million gross. 546,525 new units were issued at an issue price of CHF 122.00 net each, meaning that there are now around 7.66 million fund units in circulation.
The capital increase took place between March 17 and March 30, 2021, and was implemented by means of a rights offering. 13 existing shares entitled to subscribe to one new share. The new shares will be paid on April 7, 2021. (ah)
