Regimo St. Gallen AG: Handing over the baton
Silvan Wick has been managing director of Regimo St. Gallen AG since April 1, 2021. He succeeds Richard Sutter, who has managed the real estate services company in eastern Switzerland for 30 years.
Richard Sutter, who successfully managed Regimo St. Gallen AG for 30 years, has handed over his responsibilities to younger hands: Silvan Wick has been serving as the new managing director of the real estate services company in eastern Switzerland since April 1, 2021. Sutter will continue to be available to Regimo St. Gallen for special tasks, the company says.
Silvan Wick, who lives in Sonnental near Oberbüren SG, graduated with a MAS in Real Estate Management from the Zurich School of Economics and has extensive practical experience, according to the company. He already worked for Regimo St. Gallen from 2005 to 2011 and was team leader for residential properties at a sister company, Regimo Zürich AG, before his move. He has been back in St. Gallen since April 2020, where he manages real estate portfolios and was involved in the introduction of a new IT system. (bw)
