UBS Foncipars increases capital

With a subscription period from April 29 to May 7, 2021, up to 1.43 million new UBS Foncipars units will be issued at a subscription price of CHF 93.15/unit, with nine existing units entitling the holder to subscribe to one new unit. Official rights trading will take place on the SIX Swiss Exchange from April 29 to May 5. The payment and delivery of the new units as well as the publication of the issue result are scheduled to take place on May 14.

According to UBS, the majority of the issue proceeds will be invested in acquisitions and construction projects in the Vaud and Geneva regions. (ah)
