Implenia sells business units in Norway
Implenia is divesting its ferry jetty maintenance and rock support operations in Norway. A subsidiary of Presis Infra is taking over the areas.
According to Implenia, the business of maintaining 118 ferry jetties and rock support will be transferred to Stetind Entreprenør AS, a newly established subsidiary of Presis Infra. The company takes over 19 employees as well as all plant and equipment necessary for the operation. Presis Infra is a leading provider of road operation and maintenance services in Norway.
The reason for the sale is to focus on the future core portfolio, Implenia said. (ah)
