Mobimo issues 200 million bond
Mobimo Holding has issued a fixed-interest bond of CHF 200 million. The new funds will be used to finance ongoing projects, among other things.
The bond was issued on April 13, 2021 with payment on May 19. It has a coupon of 0.25% and a maturity of 5.8 years. According to Mobimo, the fresh money will be used to pay off existing short-term financial liabilities and to finance ongoing projects from the pipeline as well as general business activities.
Zürcher Kantonalbank, Basler Kantonalbank and UBS acted as joint lead managers of the transaction. Trading of the bond on the SIX Swiss Exchange has been applied for, according to the company. (ah)
