SFP Group is now GRESB certified
The SFP AST Global Core Property investment group of the Swiss Finance & Property Group has received GRESB certification. The SFP Group is a GRESB Investor Member.
The Swiss Finance & Property Group (SFP Group), a GRESB Investor Member since March of this year, describes the certification of the SFP AST Global Core Property investment group by GRESB as a "milestone". The investment group is currently evaluating all investments in the GRESB "Portfolio Analysis Tool".
On 4 May 2021, SFP Group plans to present the GRESB evaluation of its portfolios held by its global real estate investment groups. With an estimated score of over 80 points, the two products would far outperform the average of funds in the GRESB universe (70) or competing products, they believe. According to SFP, the GRESB "Portfolio Analysis Tool" provides access to over 1,200 funds and investment companies worldwide with assets under management totaling over $5.3 trillion.
GRESB assessments are guided by criteria that real estate investors consider important in the sustainability performance of investments. They are aligned with international reporting frameworks such as GRI, PRI, SASB, DJSI, and TCFD recommendations, and grounded in the principles of the Paris Climate Agreement, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and region- and country-specific disclosure guidelines.
