HSO Fund: Capital increase in sight
In order to finance further growth, a capital increase for the Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund (HSO Fund) is to be carried out in June.

According to Helvetica Property Investors, the subscription period for the capital increase is expected to start at the beginning of June 2021. The issue is to be carried out within the framework of a rights offering. Helvetica intends to announce the exact terms of the planned capital increase, such as volume, issue price and subscription ratio shortly before the start of the subscription period.
As of December 31, 2020, the HSO Fund's real estate portfolio had a market value of CHF 110.3 million, target rental income was 6.1 million and the occupancy rate was 99%. The aim of the capital increase is to raise additional funds for the further expansion of the portfolio. (ah)
