Hiag buys logistics property in Buchs

According to Hiag, the property can be used for various warehouse and logistics concepts and is located in the "Wynenfeld" area in Buchs, which has good transport connections. The property, which was built in 2007, has a usable floor space of 21,000 sqm, and the land area is stated at around 39,000 sqm. Hiag acquired it as part of a share deal.

The tenant of the property is a company in the European clothing industry; the roof and specialist lease agreement currently has a term of 6.8 years, Hiag added. In the course of the transaction, the company joins the top three tenants of the real estate company. Hiag did not provide any details on the purchase price. (ah)
