Swissinvest: Capital increase fully subscribed
The Swissinvest Real Estate Fund has successfully completed its capital increase. The fund received CHF 67.4 million.
Swissinvest Real Estate Fund intends to use the proceeds of the capital increase to finance projects and renovations in its portfolio as well as acquisitions and to repay borrowed funds.
According to the fund management company Pensimo, a total of 440,494 new units were issued at a net issue price of CHF 153. This corresponds to a subscription rate of 100%. This means that in future there will be around 5.3 million fund units in circulation.
The issue was carried out on a commission basis ("best-effort" basis) as part of a public subscription offer in Switzerland; the subscription period ran from 12 to 23 April 2021. The new shares are to be paid on 30 April 2021. They are fully entitled to distribution for the 2020/21 financial year. (ah)
