Further issue of the SIF investment group Swiss Development Residential
The Steiner Investment Foundation (SIF) is conducting the 16th issue of its Swiss Development Residential investment group. It intends to raise funds in the range of CHF 150 to 200 million.
The subscription period for the issue of the Swiss Development Residential investment group of the Steiner Investment Foundation (SIF) has been running since April 26 and will continue until May 27 of this year. The issue volume is expected to be CHF 150 million, with a maximum of CHF 200 million. Allotment of the new shares is to take place by June 3, and payment by June 10.
According to the Steiner Investment Foundation, it has acquired a total of 40 projects since its launch in 2017, 37 of them in the Swiss Development Residential investment group and three in the Swiss Development Commercial investment group. During this period, an annualized return of around 7% p.a. has been achieved, it said. As of the end of the first quarter of 2021, the net asset value was CHF 132.46, an increase of 2.2% compared to the fourth quarter of 2020. (ah)
