Wincasa: New Head of Mixed-Use Site Management Basel

Stéphanie Brack will be the first woman to take on the position of Head of Mixed-Use Site Management (MUSM) and also the youngest MUSM manager in the company, Wincasa says. Brack's area of responsibility includes the Stücki Park, Spenglerpark and Klybeck sites. She will take up her new position on May 1, 2021.

Brack has worked in the real estate industry for more than ten years, focusing on the management, marketing and valuation of investment properties. From February 2020, as Tenant Development Manager at Wincasa, she advised the various MUSM teams on marketing and leasing issues, strategic considerations, and tenant and community management. At the beginning of 2021, she also took over the management of the MUSM Basel Klybeck team ad interim.

In Wincasa's view, the Basel region has a high locational attractiveness and offers a lot of potential in the area of mixed-use site management. Therefore, the development of new offers and target group-specific services is of great importance.

In addition to Stéphanie Brack, two other women hold management positions in the MUSM Basel team: Beatrice Ludwig-Sailer has been Real Estate Site Manager at the Klybeck site since February. In the Stücki Park mandate, Sarra Blum will hold the position of Real Estate Site Manager from October. She was already Commercial Manager of Stücki Park, before that she worked as Head of Office Services at Lonza. (ah)
