Remnex Investment Foundation makes acquisitions in Zurich and Fribourg
The Remnex Investment Foundation from Zug acquires two properties in the cantons of Zurich and Fribourg.
The two acquisitions by Remnex Investment Foundation were made for the Swiss Real Estate Commercial ECO investment group. Together, the properties in Zurich and Fribourg have an average rent of CHF 133/sqm p.a., writes Remnex AG.
With a total of 19 tenants in the properties, there is currently a WAULT of 2.4 years. The average length of stay is four years. The occupancy rate is currently 98%.
The property in the canton of Fribourg covers the tenant's electricity needs with the help of a photovoltaic system. Surplus electricity is fed into the grid. The tenant is active in the ancillary construction industry and is part of an international construction group. According to Remnex, the property has a utilisation reserve that will allow sufficient space to be made available to the tenant in the future.
The property in the canton of Zurich is currently undergoing environmental renovation. Around a third more parking spaces are being created and a total of 25 parking spaces are being prepared for the installation of electric charging stations. (mr)
