Solvalor 61 raises 120 million

The capital increase of Solvalor 61 was fully subscribed. The fund will receive around CHF 120 million.

According to the fund management company, all 562,701 newly issued units of Solvalor 61 have been subscribed as part of the capital increase. The payment of the new units and their listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange is scheduled for May 17, 2021.

Solvalor 61 intends to use the new funds of CHF 120 million to improve the quality of its real estate portfolio, finance several new construction projects and repay loans, the fund management company announced.

The fund holds 110 residential properties in the city centers of western Switzerland, primarily in the cities of Lausanne and Geneva and in the Lake Geneva region. The total portfolio value is estimated at over CHF 1.2 billion. (ah)
