Admicasa expands its management team
Fotios Michos becomes the new Chief Business Officer and member of the Executive Board at Admicasa Holding. He was most recently CFO of Poenina Holding.
Fotios Michos will join the Executive Board of Admicasa Holding AG on June 1, 2021, the company announced. The 42-year-old is expected to bring to Admicasa his many years of expertise in group management, strategic leadership, management and group development.
Michos was most recently employed by Poenina for more than ten years, prior to which he worked for a subsidiary of the group. As chief financial officer (CFO), he oversaw Poenina's IPO on the SIX Swiss Exchange and managed about 35 M&A projects. He officially left the company at the end of April, but had been on leave of absence since October 2020, according to Poenina. (ah)
