Privera: Geneva branch under new management
Gabriel Vonlanthen has taken over as head of the Geneva branch of real estate services provider Privera. He succeeds Luca Ippoliti, who has moved to Wincasa.
Before joining Privera, Gabriel Vonlanthen held a management position at Rosset Immobilier, a real estate service provider in Western Switzerland, where he looked after institutional real estate owners as well as implementing corporate projects. Vonlanthen is a real estate manager with a federal certificate. He brings with him a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the Geneva and Lake Geneva region, writes Privera in a statement.
Vonlanthen succeeds Luca Ippoliti, who worked at Privera for eleven years and headed the Geneva office since 2014. He left the company at the beginning of 2021 and is now regional head of management west at the real estate service provider Wincasa. On an interim basis, the Geneva branch was managed by Piero Pastore, Head of the Management Region Western Switzerland. (ah)
