Nicola Fuso will take over his new position as Managing Director of Logis Suisse AG on July 1, 2021 from Jutta Mauderli, who is retiring. There will also be a change on the Board of Directors of the real estate company as of July: after 23 years as Chairman of the Board, Philip Funk will hand over responsibility to his long-serving deputy Peter Schmid (62).

Logis Suisse AG, headquartered in Baden (AG), is, according to its own information, the largest non-profit housing company active throughout Switzerland. It owns 3,000 rental apartments throughout German-speaking Switzerland, with a further 1,500 or so apartments under planning or construction. (ah)
