The real estate fair IMMO becomes independent
In the future, the IMMO trade fair will be held independently of the financial trade fair. According to the organizers, this is due to planning uncertainties in connection with the Corona pandemic.

In the coming year, the Swiss real estate fair for investors IMMO will celebrate its tenth anniversary and at the same time will be held independently and spatially separate from the financial fair. This is announced by the organizer. The decision to take this step was made "as a result of continuing planning uncertainties and the restrictive regulations still in force in connection with Covid 19".
Following the success of IMMO21, which was held as an online event due to the pandemic and set a new exhibitor record with 93 companies, the hybrid event concept is to be expanded further, the statement continues. In the future, the accompanying congress IMMO Forum will also be broadcast live via the trade fair website. For the French-speaking audience, a dubbed translation is also planned from next year. This year's IMMO Forum in January attracted over 4,000 viewers to the live broadcast.
The industry event, now considered Switzerland's largest trade show for professional domestic and foreign real estate players, will take place on January 19 and 20, 2022, at Hall 622 in Zurich Oerlikon. The organizers are MV Invest and the Swiss Circle. (ah)
