New addition to CSL Immobilien

Tayfun Ocak (51) has taken up his new position at real estate services provider CSL Immobilien on 1 June 2021. He will assume responsibility for the entire property management division at CLS Immobilien and will also head the new department responsible for data-driven portfolio management for Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM), according to CSL.

Starting next year, CSL will take over the management of a large real estate portfolio of CSAM in the city of Zurich. This involves the majority of the properties of the real estate funds and investment groups in the city of Zurich that are managed by CSAM. According to CSL, the acquisition of further CSAM portfolios in other regions of Switzerland is intended.

Ocak is an architect, holds an MBA degree in business administration, a Master's degree in finance from UZH and is a qualified real estate trustee. For the past 13 years, he has been in charge of portolio management at BVK. In 2015, he took over the management of BVK Immobilien until its sale in 2018. In addition, Ocak acts as an expert for the Swiss Professional Examination Commission for the Real Estate Industry. (ah)
