HSO Fund seeks fresh money

On June 7, the capital increase for the Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund will start. The fund intends to raise new funds of up to CHF 27.7 million.

The capital increase for the Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund (HSO Fund) will take place from June 7 to 25, 2021. A maximum of 250,000 new units are to be issued at a price of CHF 110.74 net each. This may increase the number of fund units in circulation to a maximum of 1 million. One subscription right will be allocated to each existing unit, and three subscription rights will entitle the holder to subscribe to one new unit. There will be no trading in subscription rights. The payment of the new shares is scheduled for June 30.

HSO Fund intends to use the funds from the capital increase to further expand its portfolio and to finance the acquisition of five already secured properties worth CHF 76 million. (ah)
