Steiner Investment Foundation raises 136 million

According to SIF, the Swiss Development Residential investment group of the Steiner Investment Foundation (SIF) has an attractive project pipeline, and in order to realise these investment opportunities, it carried out its 16th issue in May. It raised CHF 136 million and attracted six new investors.

The high level of investment interest encourages the investment foundation to select projects and closely monitor their development, says Reto Niedermann, CEO ad interim. The search and analysis for further development project opportunities will continue unabated. A new investment opportunity is expected in early autumn. (ah)
