Patrimonium Investment Foundation: Residential investment group now distributing dividends
The Patrimonium Investment Foundation has changed the model of its Swiss residential real estate investment group. Investors can now choose between distribution and reinvestment.

The Board of Trustees of the Patrimonium Investment Foundation has decided to change the model for the Swiss residential real estate investment group from "reinvestment of income" to "distribution with the option of free reinvestment". This would give investors a choice, according to the rationale. The distribution for the 2020 financial year was set at CHF 35.00. The distribution yield was 2.09% with a distribution ratio of 98.15%, Patrimonium said, adding that 86% of the distribution amount had been reinvested and 14% paid out.
For the Swiss Healthcare Real Estate investment group, the distribution for the 2020 financial year was set at CHF 49.00 per entitlement. The distribution yield was 4.03% with a distribution ratio of 99.39%. As in previous years, investors could withdraw the distribution in cash or reinvest it in new entitlements. According to Patrimonium, 88% of the distribution amount was reinvested and 12% was paid out. (ah)
