Patrimonium: New appointments in the real estate division

Hanspeter Berchtold has been with Patrimonium since 2011 and took over the position of Head of Investment Committees Real Estate on May 1 of this year. In this role, he is jointly responsible for Patrimonium's investment decisions in the real estate sector. In addition, Berchtold will become Managing Director of Patrimonium Commercial Opportunity I AG. This real estate company for professional investors, which focuses on commercial real estate, is to be listed on the Berne Stock Exchange BX in the next few months, Patrimonium announced.

Tatyana Kobler joined Patrimonium's Real Estate Acquisitions team as Senior Transaction Manager on March 1. She was most recently with CBRE in Zurich and Geneva in the areas of Valuation, Asset Management and Real Estate Transactions.

Patrimonium further announces its intention to invest CHF 300 million in investment properties - both existing properties and development projects - by the end of the year. Last year, the asset manager acquired twelve properties for its products throughout Switzerland with annual target rental income of over CHF 13.3 million and expanded its managed real estate portfolio to over 2.5 billion.
