Verifort enters the Swiss market
The German real estate fund and asset manager Verifort Capital has founded a Swiss subsidiary. Investors are offered investments in German real estate funds.
Swiss investors are to be able to invest in the German real estate market in the future through asset manager Verifort Capital Service AG, based in Sempach-Station. "Switzerland is historically a relevant market for us. We want to offer existing and future clients easy access to the market for German healthcare and commercial real estate with our funds," says Frank M. Huber, CEO of Verifort Capital, explaining the expansion step.
The Tübingen-based asset manager manages twelve funds investing in German commercial real estate as well as the public AIF Verifort Capital HC1, which focuses on German care and social real estate.
Verifort describes itself as one of the leading providers in the alternative investment fund segment in Germany with around 15,000 private investors. Through its funds, the company invests mainly in commercial real estate with value appreciation potential. After restructuring, Verifort sells the properties again.
Managing Director of the Swiss subsidiary is Beat Kammermann, and Rauno Gierig, Chief Sales Officer of Verifort Capital, is a member of the Board of Directors. (ah)
