The Board of Directors of Helvetica Property Investors AG has appointed Hans R. Holdener as the company's new CEO effective November 1, 2021. The 55-year-old succeeds Michael Müller, who will leave the company at the end of October.

Holdener founded Helvetica Property Investors 15 years ago and already led it as CEO from 2006 to 2019. In October 2019, he handed over to Michael Müller, who moved from Ledermann Management, and joined the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. Müller is leaving the company to start his own business, according to a Helvetica statement.

The company further announces that Holdener will step down from the Board of Directors of Helvetica as of November 1, 2021. The search process for a successor is ongoing. (ah)
