UBS and Baloise to cooperate in the real estate sector
Baloise and UBS are planning a strategic partnership to jointly offer services to real estate owners in the future.
The strategic collaboration is designed to give clients of the two companies access to complementary services that address essential needs of real estate owners - from financing to hedging to maintenance. This is according to UBS and Baloise.
The move is intended to take account of changing customer needs, it adds. The core competencies and services of the cooperation partners, as well as existing digital offerings, are to be linked in the future in a joint "customer journey" along the value chain. This will be based on UBS's mortgage brokerage platforms Atrium and Key4, Baloise's "Home" initiatives, existing and potential new company investments of both companies, as well as possible further partnerships with third parties. In the "Home" area, Baloise has built up a broad range of services for owners and tenants through cooperations with and investments in Swiss startups such as Houzy, Devis, Movu, Bubble Box and Batmaid.
