Implenia receives funding in Norway for emission-free construction sites
The Norwegian cleantech company Teco 2030 and Implenia Norway are to jointly develop solutions for making construction sites emission-free. The companies will receive funding for this.

Teco 2030, which develops hydrogen fuel cells for ships and other large machines, and Implenia Norway have previously announced that they will jointly develop and pilot hydrogen energy solutions for the construction industry. The collaboration is expected to last five years and cover three phases, including project financing, product development and commercialisation, and operations.
To this end, Teco 2030 wants to develop a fuel cell generator that can be used on construction sites instead of diesel generators. Delivery is scheduled for January 2023. Implenia Norway will then test the product on construction sites.
The subsidy for the project approved by the Norwegian state-owned company Enova amounts to 15.6 million Norwegian kroner (approx. 1.7 million CHF) and will be granted over a period of two and a half years from September 2021 to the end of December 2023. (ah)
