Aevis Victoria SA: Further clinic taken over

As the Aevis Victoria Group, which is active in the hospital and hotel business, announced in an ad hoc release, the contract for the acquisition of the remaining share capital of Klinik Pyramide am See AG was signed on 18 May 2021. To bring the transaction to completion, an authorised capital increase was carried out on 13 June 2021. The capital had been increased by CHF 1,029,946 through the issuance of 1,029,946 new shares at a price of CHF 13.18/share, against a contribution in kind of 55,634 registered shares of Klinik Pyramide am See AG. The new shares are expected to be listed until the end of July 2021. (bw)
