Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds: Issue planned

The aim of the capital increase is to raise additional funds, which will be used primarily for the new construction project of a care centre with senior apartments in Zizers, which is currently under construction, according to the fund management company Verit Investment Management. The acquisition of the project has already been contractually secured. In addition, the capital is to be used for a recently acquired residential property in Zurich, which shows further exploitation potential in connection with the upcoming renovation cycle, as well as for the purchase of further properties, the financing of renovations/construction projects and the repayment of debt financing. The fund management intends to announce the exact terms of the planned capital increase in the second half of August 2021. (bw)
