SenioResidenz: Capital increase in September
SenioResidenz AG plans to carry out a capital increase in mid-September. The fresh money is to be used to finance acquisitions for the real estate portfolio.
According to its own information, SenioResidenz AG plans to carry out an ordinary capital increase in the period from 13 to 24 September 2021, while maintaining the subscription rights of existing shareholders.
The subscription ratio will reportedly be 3:1, i.e. three existing registered shares entitle the holder to subscribe to one new registered share. A maximum of 638,868 new registered shares will be created as part of the capital increase (par value CHF 46.10 each). The issue price is yet to be determined by the Board of Directors, according to Immobilien AG.
According to the statement, no rights trading is planned. New shares not subscribed for in the rights offering will be allocated to Bank J. Safra Sarasin for further allocation to investors.
The capital increase must be approved by an Extraordinary General Meeting. This is scheduled to take place on 1 September. The new registered shares are scheduled to be paid up on 30 September and the first day of trading on the BX Swiss AG is planned for 1 October. (ah)
