Streamnow, a subsidiary of real estate service provider Wincasa, has developed a digital tenant platform called Wincasa Home. It will be implemented from the beginning of August.

The tenant platform is intended to enable apartment tenants to communicate with the property management company at any time and from any location, Wincasa writes in a statement. Tenant requests - such as ordering name tags, reporting damage or ordering replacement keys - can be submitted via app or browser. The status of the request can also be checked online on an ongoing basis. In addition, the platform provides tenants with all relevant information and dates relating to their rental property.

Other services such as relocation, cleaning and digital rental contracts are also being considered, Wincasa adds. Applications and services from external providers could also be integrated, such as parcel boxes, energy monitoring and services for tenants.

When it launches in August 2021, the real estate services company said that around 38,000 residential tenants will be equipped with Wincasa Home, representing around 55% of its portfolio. The platform will then be rolled out continuously. (ah)
