Procimmo: PSCF2 seeks fresh money
Procimmo announces a capital increase for the real estate fund Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II (PSCF2). The volume is expected to be between CHF 40 and 50 million.
According to the asset manager Procimmo, a capital increase for the Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II (PSCF2) is to be carried out in September. This is intended to enable additional real estate acquisitions, advance existing construction projects and further stabilize the fund, among other things by reducing the debt financing ratio.
The subscription period is scheduled for September 16-24, with payment to take place on October 1. Procimmo intends to provide further details with the publication of the issue prospectus; this is scheduled for September 10. (ah)
