CSAM: Acquisition in the centre of Munich
Credit Suisse Asset Management buys a commercial building near the Viktualienmarkt in Munich for a Swiss investment foundation.
According to BNP Paribas Real Estate, advisor to the seller, the commercial building has an area of over 3,500 sqm and is located in the immediate vicinity of Munich's Viktualienmarkt. It has two retail units on the ground floor and office and residential space on the seven floors above and is fully let. The building was renovated in 2007 and two additional floors were added for apartments.
Credit Suisse Asset Management has acquired the property for an investment foundation focusing on core real estate investments in Germany. This is the third property Credit Suisse Asset Management has acquired in Germany this year.
The seller was represented by Imcon Immobilien Consulting GmbH and advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate. (ah)
