1291: Fixed assets grow by over 300 million

1291 The Swiss Investment Foundation acquired properties worth CHF 309 million in the 2020/2021 financial year. Net income and total comprehensive income increased strongly.

According to the 1291 Swiss Investment Foundation, net income rose from CHF 8.2 million in the previous year to CHF 17.1 million in the reporting year. The real estate portfolio now comprises 53 properties (as at 30 June 2021).

Compared to the previous year, fixed assets increased by more than 300 million or by 74% to 729.4 million (previous year: 418.0 million). The annual target rental income rose from 14.6 to 24.9 million, with the share from residential use amounting to 82% (previous year: 77%).

According to the information provided, the net assets of 1291 more than doubled year-on-year to 661.5 million (previous year: 305.0 million). The net asset value per claim before distribution increased from CHF 111.89 to CHF 115.11, resulting in an investment return of 5.22%. Due to the very good annual result, the Board of Trustees would like to propose a distribution of CHF 2.75 per unit (previous year: CHF 2.50), corresponding to a distribution ratio of 92.4%. (ah)
