Steiner Invest: 17th issue for Swiss Development Residential
The Steiner Investment Foundation has announced details of its next issue of the Swiss Development Residential investment group.
As announced by the Steiner Investment Foundation (SIF), the The 17th issue for the Swiss Development Residential (SDR) investment group will take place in the period from 1 September to 13 October 2021. The capital volume of up to CHF 200 million will be divided into a maximum of two payments. In July, SIF had still planned a volume of 200 to 250 million and up to three liberations.
The yield in the SDR investment group is 3.25% as of the end of the second quarter of 2021, according to SIF data. (ah)
